For customers ordering through this website, a request may be considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
For a transparent experience, we do not offer returns merely because of a change of mind. A request should include the order number, the email used for the order, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the issue.
During order handling, do not send anything back without authorization. We first review the request and may provide return instructions when needed.
If a customer needs support, after review, an approved resolution may be a replacement or a refund to the original payment route. Timing depends on processing partners, and shipping or handling amounts are addressed according to the approved case.
